- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup lukewarm water
- 2 tsp. powdered gelatin (unflavored)
- 16 oz. cream cheese (16 ounces total, at room temperature)
- 1 cup sour cream (at room temperature)
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 vanilla bean (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar (sifted if possible)
- fresh strawberries (Sliced)
