- 1 large onion (cut into bite sized pieces)
- 3 green onions (2 cut into 1-2" lengths, and 1 sliced thinly for garnish, optional)
- 8 chilies (dried Asian, however many you use is totally up to you!)
- 1 Tbsp. peanut oil (can use vegetable oil)
- 3 Tbsp. black bean sauce (I urge you to make your own delicious homemade black bean sauce, but you can use commercially prepared if you prefer)
