  • 100 grams sugar cane (granulated)
  • 190 grams flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 70 grams milk chocolate chips
  • 50 grams dried cranberries
  • 1 egg
  • 80 grams melted butter

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, mix the sugar, flour, baking powder, milk chocolate chips, and dried cranberries. Add the melted butter and the egg. Mix with a wooden spoon or your fingers.
    2. Heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
    3. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place small mounds of cookie dough, press lightly with the back of a teaspoon.
    4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, let them cool before putting them on a rack. The cookies will harden a little while cooling, therefore it is not necessary to bake them longer.
    5. If you want to save time, or as a gift, you can place all the ingredients (except for the egg and butter) in a jar as shown on the picture.
