    This is a simple, yet very tasteful recipe! I changed it up a bit though so it would cook faster. I rolled the meat mixture into large meatballs and cooked them for around 20 minutes before taking both pans out and adding the glaze. I then cooked them for around 5 more minutes and they turned out perfectly! Everyone loved it, my grandpa even asked if he could have it for breakfast the following morning. (:

    I actually doubled the recipe and did half turkey, half 80/20 beef. It was awesome. We gobbled it up!

    It was good. I used ground turkey. Instead of a loaf, I made meatloaf cupcakes and topped it with mash potatoes

    Excellently! Juicy with just the right amount of kick from the hot sauce. I like to add in 1 tsp Worcestershire for added flavor.

    Thank you for such an easy and delicious recipe. Took no time at all to make. But......since I’m from the Chesapeake Bay Area, I used Old Bay instead of just salt and pepper. However, I did not deviate from the rest of the chef’s ingredients. It turned out phenomenally well. Thanks again!
