Made it once and planning to do it again. Wonderfully delicious in a salad with some crusty bread.

Easy and delicious. Made this for a pot luck and it was a hit. I followed another reviewer’s suggestion of Modena vinegar, too!

Really tasty. I omitted the brown sugar and used white Modena vinegar from Trader Joe’s. I also added fresh thyme and small fresh mozzarella balls. The red onion is totally necessary.
