    I used the soy sauce and added chipotle (powder) instead of crushed chili's. I LOVED it! I put it on top of mahi mahi that was on a bed of jasmine rice. I just blended enough so I'd have chunks of mango. I'll be going to this sauce often. It's my favorite now for mahi mahi. It can also be frozen. The only change I'll make next time is to buy frozen mango's over fresh. I noticed only yesterday I can buy a big bag of of frozen mango chunks, which not only would make it less expensive, but I don't have to worry about fresh mango's getting over ripe or forgotten about.
