- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Tahini (or raw cashews optional, but lends creaminess and flavor)
- 1 tsp. mellow white miso (or additional salt)
- black pepper (to taste)
