This soup is great anytime but especially if you are doing low carb and really craving a cheeseburger! Yes you could do a lettuce wrap burger but this flavor in soup format is amazing. It’s ridiculously easy and I usually have most the ingredients on hand. It’s certainly rich so be ready for that. I added onions.
