- 1 tsp. freshly chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups panko
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 8 oz. meat (lobster tail, chopped into 1/2-inch cubes)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas (thawed)
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
- canola (for frying)
