It was good, but don't worry about not using salted peanuts. And I burned the nuts the first time and had to start over; definitely follow the "medium to low" heat and "1-2 minutes" parts!
Also, I added some raisins after tasting the finished product and it seemed to balance the whole dish well, but that could just be my palate.

Not awful, but we didn’t care for it. We did make it without peanuts so that could have made a difference.
