This was so yummy! My husband loved it!
My notes:
Add extra cream and butter if using a large lemon. Also need to salt and pepper liberally. Mix the cooked pasta in the cream and caper sauce and coat well. Then serve the warm chicken on top of the pasta! So good!

Excellent. Next time I’ll thicken a bit with cornstarch and add some Parmigiana.

Delicious, even my teenagers loved it. Don’t normally like capers but it really works here!!

Fantastic. Easy but extremely flavourful. Definitely one to make for guests!

Absolutely delish. i made it almost exactly as the recipe stated. i cleaned my chicken in lemon water first. pre-seasoned my chicken before flour and cooking. added about a quarter cup of Italian blend cheese to the sauce. It was perfect!

It was great. Family loved it... i used mostly 1% milk and thickened it a bit with cornstarch.

I added a 1/4 cup of grated pecorino Romano to the sauce. Came out absolutely delicious. Can not wait to make it again!!
