- 3/4 lb. butter (softened, 3/4 LB of butter equals 3 sticks)

- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (real or squeeze kind is fine or extract if you want a deeper lemon flavor)
- 3/4 cup lemon lime beverage (carbonated, any brand)
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 oz. lemon pudding (box of instant)
- 3/4 cup lemon lime soda (carbonated, your choice/any brand)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. milk

Tracey: Yummly says self-rising but the original blog does not, anywhere. I used regular and didn’t have your problem. I did, however, have a major sticking problem. I greased excessively and cooked for 70 min. The recipe doesn’t say to cool at all before turning it out or icing it, so I didn’t, I don’t know if it would have helped. The entire outside of the cake stayed in the pan and the rest fell apart. Tastes great and texture looks good, it’s not underdone. What a waste for such a big cake, but it seems great otherwise so I’ll try flouring the pan too and cooling a while before turning out next time.

Awful. Followed directions to a t. Facebook post just said flour. So i searched and found her recipe on Yummly. It says self rising. So I opted in for self rising. After and hour i checked the cake. It had bubbled over the bundt pan into the oven. What a mess. I dont know why it did that, but i have this listed as to never try again. Plus... there are so many blasted ads all over her webpage, it takes forever to find the recipe.
