- 200 grams chorizo sausages (dry-cured, 1/4-inch thick slices)
- 1 1/2 cups onion (diced)
- 1 tsp. paprika

- 1 cup red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 cup tomato (diced and seeded)

- 1 lemon zested (and juiced, reserved for finishing)
- 2 cups leftover turkey (room temperature and shredded into bite size chunks)
- 1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
