- 1 tsp. salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/8 tsp. taco seasoning (optional)
- 1/2 cup kidney beans (canned)
- 1/2 cup cannellini beans
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper (or ½ medium sized, chopped ½” cubes)
- 3/4 cup corn kernels
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- avocado (slices)
- onions (chopped)
- cheese (grated)
- sour cream
- tortilla chips (or crumbled taco shells)
- lemon (or Lime Wedges)
