- 2 Tbsp. ghee (hob version only)
- 480 mL chicken stock (hob version only)
- 900 grams diced lamb (or beef)
- 240 mL yogurt (full fat, optional / see notes)
- 60 mL cream (single or double)
- 3 Tbsp. almond flakes (toasted)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped coriander (freshly, cilantro)
- 1 red chilli (thinly sliced, optional)
