Lovely recipe. I doubled the recipe so that we had additional sauce but next time I would add big chunks of onion as well and red and green peppers to break through the thick sauce.

Absolutely delicious! Made it exactly according to the recipe and the husband and I both had seconds. I’ll absolutely be making this again and may try it with tofu as well!
Edit: tried it with tofu and my brother loved it

5 stars. I base everything on whether my kids will eat it. They did. They even ate the leftovers. This is a mildly spicy dish so it will depend on toletance. Will be adding to the remake roster.

It was great. Easy to make. But it isn’t a right away meal because you have to let it set in the fridge. Otherwise it’s great.

Not bad... recipe allows you to modify sweet or spiciness as needed. Adding it to our family dinner menu.

This is THE best Korean recipe I have tried on Yumly. No modifications or adjustments, just pure delicious.

Ended up adding a bit more honey but other than that it was so so good.

I think the soy sauce is a bit too much and might reduce to 1.5 tbsp to reduce saltiness. Otherwise good with rice and stir fry veggies.

I only marinated it for 30 min and it was amazing. Next time I might cut back on the gochujang because it was too spicy for my son.

You definitely get the best flavor if you marinate it overnight. It's still really good if you don't have the time for that though!

Came out amazing. Used almost 2lbs of chicken so had to mess with the amounts a tad but overall very tasty made with white/sticky rice. Perfect Asian zing!

One serving was less chicken that I thought it would be. I would recommend increasing it by 1.5x. Also, despite the spiciness of gochujang, the chicken was not very spicy, more smokey as another commenter suggested. Tastes great with rice and mixed vegetables!

Very good. Made exactly as shown. The chicken didn’t caramelize but was still very tasty. Served with red peppers and naan. Not too spicy at all the Korean chili paste was more Smokey than spicy
