Pretty good, even with the hacks I had to make. Couldn't get to store to get ingredients so l made this with ground beef and homemade russian dressing (re: ketchup and mayo!). Still turned out quite good, reminiscent of a rueben. Husband said no reason to waste very expensive corned beef when the hamburger subbed in quite nice. I used spicy hot pickles and just squeezed the kraut, didn't rinse it.
