- 1 cup sweetener (powdered, I use this but reduce the amount to 2/3 cup)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 lemon

I only used half of the sugar substitute in the filling and it was amazing. I also added a tablespoon of butter to the crust. I’ll definitely be making this again.
