- 3/4 head green cabbage (chopped into 1 inch chunks)
- 24 oz. sugar free marinara sauce (I like Rao's Homemade brand)
- 2 cups cauliflower rice (frozen, holds up better than fresh, but if you need to use it you can!)
- 3 cups beef broth (compliant)
- 1 tsp. salt (more to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp. coconut aminos
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. canela
