This was the first thing I made in my instant pot. I had to restart because of a "food burn" warning. I just added another 1/4 cup of water and stirred slightly to get the moisture to the bottom of the IP and restarted the pressure cook. It turned out delicious. Kind of soupy but awesome flavor. I just used a slotted spoon when serving.
