- 2 tsp. fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp. miso paste
- 1 tsp. chili garlic paste
- 1 tsp. Chinese five-spice
- 1 cup corn kernels (cooked, thawed if frozen)
- 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
- 5 oz. bamboo shoots (canned, drained)
- 3 oz. enoki mushrooms
- green onion (sliced thin on a bias)
- jalapeno (sliced thin)
- 3 sheets seaweed (Noki)
- sesame seeds (to garnish, optional)
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. mirin (rice wine)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. water
