- 1 container beef broth (or 2-3 cups of, Chicken will work as well)
- ramen noodles (any sort can work, I like Lo Mein Noodles)
- 2 cups bok choy (chopped into bit sized pieces)
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 2 cups steak (cut into thin bite sized pieces)
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1 cup leeks (Green onions can work too, just a bit more potent)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
- spices
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil (can be changed for any oil you prefer)
- miso paste (can be made with, this just gives added flavour)
