- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- pie dough (homemade or store bought- I just used the second pie shell)
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- canela (or pumpkin spice, for dusting)
