I added another cup of broth, some wine and mushrooms but I think the base recipe would have been great also.

I made this at my mom’s house because she wanted to get rid of her flour. My son said this was really good. I’m going to try making it at home with gluten free flour so I can have some, too.
I made it with shredded cheddar cheese. She didn’t have garlic powder so I shook some garlic salt into the melted butter for the topping. My son said it was a bit on the salty side.
