This recipe is super good to be made so quickly. I’m going to keep it saved forever when I’m in a pinch but want super yummy filling food. Make sure you drain the ground beef if you choose that protein before putting it with the other mixture!

Great flavor and texture, super hearty. We left out the salsa because I’m not a big fan of it to begin with. We will definitely be making again!
