Pretty good! Could have been a little fuller, not sure if I did correct cause mine were more like half bowls ;-)

I did not pay attention to the rest of the instructions, just threw them in the oven without a second rise and without a second spritz of water, and they came out great!

Came out more flat than I expected, but worked fine and tasted like bread :) Probably let it rise too long.
