Wow! This was so easy and amazing! I served it with roasted sweet potatoes with a little bit of chipotle pepper and sauteed spinach.

Very good recipe and directions. I made a slightly lighter coating than the recipe that worked well! I needed to leave the salmon under the grill for a lot longer than three minutes. It was very moist and had great reviews from my dinner guests

This didn’t turn out as desired seasoning list suggests brown sugar, actual recipe page does not have that ingredient listed. Seasonings taste almost like OldBay, which Is rather have used. maple was an okay add, nothing to write home about. Probably won’t make again.

Had a very strong mustard flavor and couldn’t taste much of the maple. I enjoyed it, but my husband did not. Probably wouldn’t make again.

The rub was very strong and not in a good way. The fish was delicious (we used steelhead trout) and the maple syrup added good flavor as long as I didn’t get a bite that was covered in the rub. Would definitely use a lot less of the paprika and chili powder if I did the recipe again

Omg It was soooo good, the whole house was trying to sneak into it while our other dishes were still cooking, My husband doesn’t like salmon as he say but he has half of a whole fillet of salmon

I thought it was horrible I threw half away, too musky but that is just my taste and opinion couldn’t really even taste the salmon.

The glaze was great. I had a smaller filet size, so the rub was a little thick. My boys loved. Will make it again.

The salmon is really good! The only thing I think I would change is decrease the salt and add Honey instead of maple syrup to make it healthier. But it was absolutely delicious

I'm not a huge fan of salmon but this was good! Seeing the recipe had REAL maple syrup made it inviting since our family makes true pure maple syrup each year the old fashioned way.

I spread the paste fairly thin and broiled it for closer to 6 or 7 minutes and it came out stellar. Really delicious and easy.

We enjoyed this salmon as I prepared it. But it would be nice for the author to provide recipe details and drop the cute comments. What temp is the oven? How much of each ingredient? I modify recipes all the time but appreciate starting with a proven recipe.
