I was looking for a good base recipe that I can adjust to what I have on hand. This was great. I also added 2 cups of shredded cheddar.

Best meal I cooked in a long time super easy. Used already roasted whole chicken from supermarket plus 2 broccolis ( found cup measurements confusing). Without chilli flakes for kids. Did not have corn flour. Used a couple of tbl spoons of thickening granules. But it’s a soup after all. Absolutely delicious.

This was just ok. One member of my family voted for a no repeat, my daughter liked it but isn’t her fave.

It was a good recipe but left me wanting something else with it. I added shredded cheese & my kids liked it better
