- 1 cup bone broth (optional I used Bonafide Provisions Organic Bone Broth)

- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 cup flour (I used Namaste Perfect Flour Blend which is wheat/gluten free)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
