- chicken (Tyson Grilled and Ready, sliced., the Sweet Asian chicken thigh fillets are excellent!)
- salad (you can use broccoli slaw, I used BBQ Chopped Salad mix that has chopped romaine, cabbage, shredded carrots, shredded broccoli and added additional shredded carrots. You can add anything your heart desires like cucumbers, onions, etc..)
- chopped cilantro
- sliced green onions
- Sriracha
- sambal oelek
- tortillas (Large burrito sized)
- dressing (Peanut Coconut Curry)
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy- your choice!)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. coconut palm sugar (if you can’t find it, substitute for brown sugar)
- 3 Tbsp. tamari soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 lime (small)
- 1 Tbsp. lemongrass powder (you can use fresh!)
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder (you can use fresh!)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
