- 3 cups diced chicken (Cooked, you could use a rotisserie or leftover grilled chicken or a vegetarian replacement)
- 3 mini cucumbers (chopped – the mini ones are best because they don’t have seeds, if you can’t find them you can use a regular cucumber just remove the seeds.)
- 1/2 sliced black olives (– Cup)
- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1 cup grape tomatoes (Chopped, More if you really like them)
- 1 feta cheese (Container)
- 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt (Greek, 2 small containers)
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. dill
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
