It was very easy to make. I had to add some extra spices to it so the guys would like it better. My 17 year old grandson has been wanting me to make goulash. His dad, my son, sort of turned up his nose at it, but then had two large helpings of it, so it was a win.

Great for a weeknight dinner, subbed bow tie for elbow macaroni and tossed in some oregano garlic and rosemary after the meat was cooked. Will definitely make again!
