It turned out delicious!! It was the easiest recipe to follow. I added chopped walnuts which made it even more yummy! I love Yummly. I turn to this app for anything new I want to try and also look for recipes ideas!

it was yummy. i want to try it with baking powder next time to see if it'll rise more and try adding sour cream. it was a little dense, but, delicious and oh so gooey. We did add cream cheese icing on top. i definitely recommend greasing the pan first. we didn't and it stuck to the bottom of our pans.

it was flavorful but not as moist as i like my banana bread. also, it took about 20 more minutes to bake for us. overall a good base recipe.

I made this today and wow! I split the recipe into two 9x5 pans and baked for 30 mins. When I make it again I’ll probably use a little less sugar but for my 1st attempt it was amazing!! Oh I also added some chocolate chips too.

Uses more banana and less egg than most banana bread recipes, perfect because we had 5 brown bananas to use and were running low on eggs. I didn’t know that Pyrex dishes need lower heat. The bread came out much browner than in the photo because I substituted/2 c whole wheat flour and 1 c brown sugar. Since I used an extra banana, I added 1/4 tsp baking soda but it still needed extra baking time to look done in the center. My daughter & I thought it turned out great!

Definitely a keeper. Crunchy top, wouldn’t call inside gooey but very moist. Gas oven runs a little hot though. Threw in some walnuts & handful of dark chocolate chips.

It turned out pretty amazing and smells so yummy! I did add some almonds and cranberries and some ground cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cardamom just for added aroma.

When you are craving Banana Bread, look no further than this recipe! Mini loaves cooked in 45 minutes with a very nice caramelized outside, and soft cake-like inside. Top and bottom baking stones were used, and a double batch made 4 mini loaves baked at the same time.
