    Turned out ok in breadmaker, but quite flat.. will try to add yeast and a mix of some lighter flour.. taste great!

    Flavour was great. A little too moist, so next time I'm either going to add less milk or cook loaf for longer. I added 0.5 TBSP of ACV to make it more savoury.

    Used coconut flour instead but liquid needs to be bumped up. Came out like a crumble and not bread. Will try again.

    Very good- not exactly sandwich bread- or even bread at all. Coconut oil worked perfect for greasing. I recommend drizzling some honey!

    Didn't rise well but tastes great. I will see if it toasts ok in the morning

    This was yummy but definitely not sandwich bread. It didn't rise at all. It had a bit of a dense yet still airy texture kind of like a sponge cake. It was tasty though. It had a sweet, buttery, nutty taste. I would make this again but I would add a few drops of liquid stevia and top it with a glaze and serve it as a cake.
