- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cubed and chilled)
- 1/4 cup ice cold water
- 21 oz. cherry pie filling

Directions
- To start making these delicious cherry pie cups, place the gluten free flour, butter, sugar, and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse the ingredients until the pea-sized balls of dough begin to form.
- When your crust ingredients are well combined, dump the dough into a large bowl and add your water one tablespoon at a time. After each addition, use your hands to work the water into the dough. After a ball begins to form, separate it into two smaller balls. Flatten each dough ball and place it in a zip-top bag to chill for at least an hour.
