Awesome! I added a little soy sauce and a touch of brown sugar. I didn’t marinate because of lack of planning. Instead just put the sauce on top of my salmon in the last ten minutes of broiling. Delish!

Excellent! I only had five minutes to marinade, I can only imagine if I did the full marinade time. Had to cook it at 425 since we had asparagus in the oven, came out great at 12 minutes.

Recipe also turns out well with peppers milder than jalapeño. We prepared on the grill and cooked the leftover marinade to put on top and it turned out very well
