Had no cloves so substituted half cinnamon and half allspice. Was really good!

I make this all the time because my husband loves japanese curry and curry rice. It is perfect. I do though switch the cardamom to ginger as I’m not a fan of cardamom. You can double everything to make a bigger batch. I save my glass spice containers and refill with my Garam Masala!
