The only thing I would criticize about this method would be to add the flour slowly. (As opposed to just measuring and dumping). I should have done this instinctively. Anyway my dough was a little dry and I had to work it pretty hard with drops of water and oil to get that elasticity. Other than that I thought it was pretty good!

My son told me it was the best bread he ever tasted!! It was easy to make and turned out delicious.

Love making this! It’s easy, and always turns out good. Sometimes I double the batch too and it seems to turn out well. I have done it with an electric mixer and by hand, and both are great.

Wow not dense at all.. surprisingly airy. I proofed it in a bread pan in parchment paper in my oven for an hour. Sprayed with water. And had a pan of water inside while proofing. Oil and salt before baking.
The directions are a bit unclear it is 2 cups of flour and a bit.. no matter bread or white flour as per recipe.
Super easy to make.. love the no sugar aspect.. its a staple in the house now.

Great texture and flavor, super simple and just the right size for the two of us. My new go-to every-day bread recipe.

Great easy little recipe! I love making fresh bread! I don’t have a stand mixer so I do everything by hand and I didn’t have any issues! I LOVE that this called for honey instead of sugar! I prefer to not use sugar if I can so this was right up my alley! Bread came out lovely and delicious! However it makes a smaller loaf than what I’m used to making so next time I’d double to recipe and make 2 loaves otherwise it just doesn’t last long maybe a day or 2 but that’s a good sign right lol! Will make this again I enjoyed it

I live in an area that doesn't have a single bakery unless you want donuts. trying to make bread for me personally is a talent that I want to nail but I know it's extremely hard. I tried this recipe in all purpose flour and it came out pretty decent. my entire family loves bread and we devoured it in 2 days. today I tried the same recipe with bread flour and the finishing product was OUTSTANDING! the only thing I did different was I have a baking stone and did not put it on a sheet tray. there are so many different breads I need to learn but this one will permanently stay in my repertoire.
