- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 5 cups vegetable broth (depending on how thick you prefer your soup)
- chopped cilantro (optional)
- tahini (optional)
- fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 4 cups bread (chopped, I used gluten free bagels)
- 3 tsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. tamari (make sure gluten free if necessary)
- 1 pinch salt
