Very good. I will make double sauce next time so we can pour more over the top after it is served. I used Monteray Jack cheese instead of Mozzerella. I put the chicken in a pan with some of the cheese and a little cream cheese, heated it up so it was easier to put in the tortillas. I served it white rice seasoned with garlic powder, cilantro, cumin, chili powder and salt and pepper.
