- 1 lb. ground beef
- 26 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 24 oz. large curd cottage cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 2 tsp. basil
- 2 tsp. salt

Directions
- 1. Boil egg noodles in a large pot of water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2. While noodles are cooking, brown ground beef. Season with salt while cooking. Drain fat.
- 3. Add parsley to cottage cheese and stir until well combined. Set aside.
