Cooked for 2.5 hours on 170 •C and it tasted so crispy yet the meat is not dried out plus the whole house is not oily at all. Will definitely confit my duck leg like this from now on

Amazing! The skin comes out so crisp and the meat so tender, when I don’t do a whole duck this is my go to recipe.

Turned out great! Cooked it for around 3 hours rather than 1:45, but the skin turned out nice and crispy and the meat melted in your mouth. Will definitely do it again.
