Description
This recipe is super easy, extremely flavourful and delicious! My go to French onion soup recipe.
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 900 mL beef broth (Campbell's)
- 2 cubes Knorr Beef Bouillon
- 2 yellow onions (Large, diced)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups croutons
- 2 cups Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Heat beef broth and water in a pot and dissolve the beef bouillon cubes in the mixture. For a stronger broth, add an additional bouillon cube.
- Melt butter in a large skillet, then brown your diced onions on medium for about 15 minutes, covering skillet and stirring occasionally.
- Uncover skillet, and add sugar and flour. Stir well to coat onions evenly.

Delicious! Hubby loves French onion soup, and he doesn't enjoy any other French onion soup besides this one since trying it! I myself have never liked French onion soup until trying this recipe, now I'm hooked! 😃
