So delicious!! The entire family loved it, even the kids! Next time I will use half a tablespoon of chili powder though. My 6 year old said it was spicy, although I didn't think it was. This meal is definitely a new family favorite and I highly recommend it! It was enough to feed our family of 5 with plenty leftover. I served it with homemade chicken taquitos.
