- 1/2 cup whole kernel corn (I used frozen)
- 1 tsp. chicken (optional)

- 1 cup shredded colby (and Monterrey Jack cheese)
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 5 oz. crab (jumbo lump)
- 5 oz. lobster meat
- 1 lb. shrimp (Peeled and deveined)
- seafood seasoning (to taste See notes for how to make your own.)
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (If spicy is preferred)
