I omitted the sun dried tomatoes and spinach, but added steamed broccoli and button mushrooms, plus I added cream cheese. The whole family gave it a 10/10!! Will definitely make again.

This was easy and so tasty but did add chilli flakes which I think added that bit extra will definitely make it again

Amazing! And surprisingly super quick and easy to make. I had 1 lb of bay scallops so I used the whole package instead of adding shrimp. I used grape tomatoes instead of sun-dried. And, when I added the baby spinach I added about 4 strips of bacon (cooked and chopped). This gave depth to the dish. I also used sour cream instead of heavy cream because I didn’t have any. Regardless, it came out amazing, I will definitely make this over and over again
