I cooked this for 4.5 hours on low in my slow cooker. The rice turned to mush and is inedible. The chicken is still moist but is very bland, i would recommend adding some other seasonings to it. Maybe it would be better to add the rice in at the end? or cook the rice separately and then mix them together.
