The kids loved these. I added a dash of cinnamon and an extra splash of vanilla, buttered them as they came off the pan and served them with powdered sugar and maple syrup as suggested, and sausage and eggs. Great breakfast!

AMAZING!!! 😍😍😍 I sprinkled cinnamon on the toast while it was cooking and I used honey butter vs regular butter.

Pan needed to be hotter and it took much longer to cook than a minute on each side. Overall very unimpressed.

This was pretty good. We used regular bread instead which may have made a difference. Would like to try this again.

This was a simple recipe with delicious results! The only alterations I made were adding cinnamon to the egg/milk/vanilla extract mixture & using about a week old pre-refrigerated challah bread, which worked very well. Even my sort-of-chef husband was impressed & full after three slices--a modern day miracle! I'll definitely make this one again.
