Great! Had to substitute a few things, but it was outstanding; especially with mashed potatoes.

I used the Veal, Pork, Beef with additional pork to get to 2 lbs. I also used peppers and topped it with ketchup, brown sugar and hoisin sauce with chopped cherries tomatoes - like a cherry on top. It was nice a moist.

I didn’t have worchersire or balsamic vinegar so I just substituted with apple cider vinegar. added a little bit of barbecue soy sauce and mayonnaise to the glaze. didn’t have dride onions so I caramelize some onions with garlic on the stove let it cool and then threw it in. just used bread pan. Turned out moist fall apart goodness and well balanced.

This was my first time making a meatloaf (and first time trying) this American dish and it went down extremely well! Very very yummy. The only thing I would change is the ketchup, I am not used to it and would like to use tomato paste next time.
