- 1/2 cup vegan mayo (I use Earth's Balance)
- 4 tsp. lemon juice (That's about 1/2 a lemon!)
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed + minced)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 pinch dried parsley
